Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 17%

We are a pet friendly resort and do allow guests traveling with their pets to stay in our resort. To help cover the cost of additional cleaning and dry cleaning the following is a list of pet fees based on length of stay:

1-6 nights: 1 time fee of $45 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.

7-14 nights: 1 time fee of $65 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.

15-29 nights: 1 time fee of $100 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.

30 + nights: $100 per pet per month.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property while outside of guest’s room. The Palms Resort reserves the right to ask owners of unruly or nuisance pets to vacate the property without a refund.

To ensure that all of ours guests can enjoy their stay, the Palms Resort maintains a strict non-smoking policy. The Palms Resort does not allow smoking in any guest room at any time. A damage fee of $300 plus 17% occupancy tax will be assessed for any violation of this policy. No exceptions.

It is recommended that reservations be reconfirmed one week prior to arrival. At time of reservation a valid credit card or debit card must be given. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email from us once your card has been authorized letting you know that your reservation is in place. We must be able to authorize your card for the first night stay plus occupancy tax. THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION CANCELLATION FEE OF $25 FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED PRIOR TO 72 HOUR BEFORE CHECK-IN. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CONFIRMED CHECK-IN TIME WILL BE CHARGED THE FIRST NIGHT'S STAY PLUS OCCUPANCY TAX. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FIRST NIGHT STAY PLUS OCCUPANCY TAX. During the month of March all guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. NO MORE THAN 2 ADULTS AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN PER ROOM or NO MORE THAN 3 ADULTS PER ROOM--EXTRA CHARGE FOR THIRD ADULT is $30/NIGHT. This will be applied to the nightly rate upon check-in.
