Sunset Suite
The Sunset Suite is our largest room located on the 2nd floor on the west end of the building. It is an extra-large room featuring a king size bed with a premium pillow top mattress, a large walk-in shower and bathroom area. The shower features a large rain shower head. This room is spacious with a generous seating area, 55” flat screen T.V. with cable/HBO and free Wi-Fi access. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot come standard in all rooms. There is also nice covered private porch and cocktail height table and chairs; great for viewing the fireworks. Maximum occupancy is two adults.

Pet Policy:
We are a pet friendly resort and do allow guests traveling with their pets to stay in our resort. To help cover the cost of additional cleaning and dry cleaning the following is a list of pet fees based on length of stay:
1-6 nights: 1 time fee of $45 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.
7-14 nights: 1 time fee of $65 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.
15-29 nights: 1 time fee of $100 + 17% occupancy tax per pet.
30 + nights: $100 per pet per month.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property while outside of guest’s room. The Palms Resort reserves the right to ask owners of unruly or nuisance pets to vacate the property without a refund.

To ensure that all of ours guests can enjoy their stay, the Palms Resort maintains a strict non-smoking policy. The Palms Resort does not allow smoking in any guest room at any time. A damage fee of $300 plus 17% occupancy tax will be assessed for any violation of this policy. No exceptions.
